1. Scope of service

This section will define the RightRates platform: payment routing, checkout, quote comparison and settlement orchestration provided through approved payment partners, and what falls outside it.

2. Eligibility and onboarding

This section will set out KYB requirements, merchant category review, and the circumstances in which access may be declined or withdrawn.

3. Fees and settlement

This section will describe how route fees are quoted, when network fees pass through at cost, and how settlement windows are agreed per corridor.

4. Acceptable use

This section will define prohibited activities, sanctioned-party restrictions and licensing obligations that remain the merchant's responsibility.

5. Liability and disputes

This section will set out liability allocation between RightRates, its partners and the merchant, and the escalation path for disputes.

6. Termination and changes

This section will describe notice periods, wind-down of in-flight settlement, and how changes to these terms are communicated.
