01Platform

Built for merchants that need more than a standard checkout.

Fiat rails, crypto rails and settlement logic under one operational layer. Each module works alone; together they replace a stack of point integrations.

  • 01

    Fiat to crypto on-ramp

Let users move from fiat into supported digital assets through cards, bank methods and wallets — delivered to the destination you specify, where supported.

  • 02

    Crypto to fiat off-ramp

Convert supported digital assets into fiat settlement routes, with payouts through approved local payment methods depending on jurisdiction.

  • 03

    Traditional payment methods

Cards, bank transfer, open banking, wallets and local methods — one integration, available where supported.

  • 04

    Multi-provider quote comparison

Every request is priced across approved providers and ranked by rate, fees, speed and coverage — volume flows down the best available route.

  • 05

    Merchant checkout and hosted flows

Hosted checkout, embedded widgets or fully API-led sessions. Same routing logic, same event stream, your brand in front.

  • 06

    Settlement and reconciliation

Reconcile fiat, crypto and stablecoin movement against a single, audit-ready event record — per transaction, per route, per settlement batch.

02Payment methods

Traditional rails and digital rails, side by side.

Method availability varies by region, compliance profile, industry and approved partners. Your integration stays the same as coverage grows.

08Compliance

Serious rails require serious controls.

Onboarding, monitoring and settlement records are part of the infrastructure — not an afterthought. Availability of any route depends on compliance approval.

CTRL-01

KYB/KYC workflows

Structured onboarding for merchants and end users, matched to route requirements.

CTRL-02

Transaction monitoring

Continuous screening across fiat and digital-asset flows.

CTRL-03

Region-aware availability

Methods, assets and routes filtered by jurisdiction before a quote is ever shown.

CTRL-04

Merchant due diligence

Category, licensing and ownership review as part of onboarding.

CTRL-05

Approved partner routing

Volume moves only through vetted, approved payment partners.

CTRL-06

Risk tiering

Merchant and transaction risk levels drive routing and review depth.

CTRL-07

Audit-ready payment events

Every state change recorded as a signed, timestamped event.

CTRL-08

Clear settlement records

Per-batch and per-transaction records built for reconciliation and audit.

RightRates operates with approved payment partners. Onboarding is subject to KYB review, and specific capabilities depend on jurisdiction, merchant category and partner approval.

10Questions

Asked before every serious integration.

Straight answers. Where something depends on jurisdiction or approval, we say so instead of rounding up.

Q01What exactly is RightRates?

An enterprise payment layer. We route your transactions across approved payment partners — cards, bank rails, local methods, crypto networks and stablecoins — through one integration, and settle to your preference. We are the routing and operations layer, not the end acquirer.

Q02Is RightRates a bank, exchange or custodian?

No. RightRates is payment infrastructure. Regulated activities are performed by approved, vetted partners in each corridor, and every route is subject to compliance approval. We never claim licences we do not hold.

Q03How long does it take to go live?

Typically: route mapping within 1–2 business days of your inquiry, KYB review as soon as your document pack is complete, then integration — hosted checkout can go live in days; full API builds depend on your team. Timelines vary by jurisdiction and category.

Q04What do you need from us to start?

For the first conversation: volumes, target markets, required methods and settlement preference. For onboarding: standard KYB — corporate documents, ownership, licensing where applicable, and processing history if you have it.

Q05Which industries and regions can you serve?

Coverage is region- and category-aware: methods, assets and routes are filtered by jurisdiction and compliance profile before anything is quoted. Licensed-but-complex models are welcome via the BrokerDesk. Some flows cannot be served, and we say so quickly.

Q06How is pricing set?

Per route and per volume. Every quote shows the route fee before you commit; network fees pass through at cost. There is no public rate card because serious volume deserves a mapped price, not a listed one.

Q07What support do we actually get?

24/7 support from a UK & Europe-based team — live chat via the Talk-to-us panel and email around the clock, a direct phone line issued at onboarding, and a named contact through your first weeks of volume. Support is part of the product, not an upsell.

From inquiry to live volume.
